What it is
A 24-statement diagnostic that places you in one of eight career archetypes. Each archetype is a different starting situation, and each comes with its own sequence of tools to work, in order.

How it works

The eight archetypes
Each archetype is a real situation career changers find themselves in. The summaries below give you the shape of each one.
Survivor. In pain at work. The exit is the priority.
Stagnator. Not in crisis, but stopped moving. Looks like a Survivor on the surface, needs different tools.
Escapee. Already out. Rebuilding direction from scratch.
Pivoter. Knows the destination. Doesn’t yet know the path to get there.
Investigator. Curious about what’s possible. Working out fit before committing.
Builder. On the right track. Looking to accelerate, deepen, or leverage what’s working.
Returner. Returning to the workforce after time away (caregiving, parental leave, health, sabbatical).
Adapter. Facing AI or automation-driven change. Repositioning for what’s next.
